Dust or dirt could get inside the vacuum and interfere with its functioning, if you don't have the correct bag.
With these genuine SEBO sealable high filtration bags, dust isn't a problem as they safely retain the dust within the filter bag and you can easily dispose of it in the bin. For allergy sufferers the filter bag protects you from the risk of exposure to dust.
